Mission:

The mission of VATC is to facilitate and develop opportunities to model life skills that foster students' independence, academic achievement, employment preparation, and social/emotional growth while supporting their character, interests, and the pursuit of individual aspirations.

REGISTRATION DATES/TIMES

Thursday August 6, 8:30pm - 3:00pm

Friday August 7, 8:30am - 3:00pm

Monday August 10 OFFICE CLOSED districtwide Professional Development

Tuesday August 11 - 10:00am - 3:00pm (OFFICE CLOSED 8am - 10am for staff development)

 

Online Re-registration/data confirmation in AERIES for the 2026/2027 school year is active.  (If you need assistance with AERIES, we have chromebooks available in our office to utilize.)

STEP 1: Log into Aeries Parent Portal (CLICK HERE)

STEP 2: Complete the VUSD "Re-Registration" / Data Confirmation. (INSTRUCTIONS CLICK HERE).

STEP 3: Print the "Data Confirmation" / EMERGENCY CARD, sign and bring to the VATC office during registration hours. 

STEP 4: Complete VATC registration paperwork in the VATC office

 

NEW to VATC and students who have moved will also need to bring proof of residence.

 

If you have conservatorship of a student, and have not provided a copy of the court document to VATC, please bring with you to registration.

 

School starts on Wednesday August 12, 2026, and registration must be completed prior to students starting.  Wednesday August 12th the office will open at 8am.

Teachers will be posted on Tuesday August 11, 2026 in Aeries.
